REKADAYA ELEKTRIKA REVITALIZES MAIN STRUCTURE CONVEYOR PLTU TANJUNG JATI
In order to support electricity in Central Java
Province, PT Rekadaya Elektrika (RE) is working on the Revitalization Steel
Structure Conveyor project on the Jetty at PLTU Tanjung Jati. As the main
contractor of the project is PT Komipo Pembangkitan Jawa Bali (KPJB) Tanjung
Jati.
The scope of work that is the responsibility of
Rekadaya Elektrika is preparatory work, procurement of steel structure
(conveyor) materials and repair / revitalization of steel structure. Until
mid-2023, the progress of the revitalization work of the main structure of the
conveyor PLTU Tanjung Jati B, overall progress has reached 8,770%.
Obstacles from the technical and non-technical
side (nature) are of course often experienced by the project team in the field,
however the project team remains enthusiastic to play an active role in making
a real contribution to providing light and increasing the reliability of the
Central Java province’s electricity system through the Tanjung Jati PLTU.
Boiler Retubing Work Unit 3 of PLTU Indramayu
Rekadaya Elektrika (RE) successfully completed the Unit 3 Boiler Retubing Procurement Project owned by PT PJB UBJOM PLTU Indramayu which has been functioning and operating properly.
The Boiler Retubing Procurement Project is led directly by Mr. Mach Novviali as Project Manager. The project consists of 2 stages of work, namely:
- · Boiler tube fabrication stage which was completed on March 21, 2022.
- · Installation stage of the boiler tube which was completed on February 09, 2023.
The Rekadaya Elektrika project team successfully completed the installation work within 3 months, and currently the unit 3 boiler retubing project is entering a 24-month maintenance period.
REKADAYA ELEKTRIKA SUCCEEDS CARRY OUT BACKFEEDING SOFIFI PLTU 2X3 MW
RE-Insite again delivered encouraging news regarding the progress of the construction of one of the Steam Power Plant (PLTU) projects undertaken by PT Rekadaya Elektrika (RE) which is located in the Maluku islands, precisely in the North Halmahera region.
As of the 4th week of July 2023, work in the field has reached a progress of 35.305%. Currently the project team in the field is working to complete the installation of pipes and power cables, as well as the testing & commissioning stages of Low Voltage (LV) & Medium Voltage (MV) Switchgear and testing & commissioning for transformers. And on Saturday July 8, 2023, the RE project team has successfully carried out backfeeding.
What is backfeeding? Backfeeding is a stage of the power plant development process that utilizes a temporary connection of electrical energy from PLN’s 20 kV system, which is used for testing the readiness of equipment in the generating system.
PT PLN (Persero) UIP Maluku Papua as the owner also expressed appreciation and gratitude for the hard work given by the RE project team for successfully carrying out one of the milestones, namely Backfeeding in accordance with the initial target. While advising that the RE project team remains focused on completing the next stage of work.
By upholding the value of Amanah, RE is committed to completing the construction process of the Sofifi 2×3 MW PLTU project to bring light across the country.
Progress Project of Transmission Line 70 kV Substation Namrole – Substation Namlea
This time
we visit one of the transmission line project locations that is being worked on
by PT Rekadaya Elektrika (RE). It is the 70 kV Namrole – Namlea Transmission
Line project which will connect two substations (GIs) namely Namrole GI and
Namlea GI, which crosses 7 villages with a total distance of 90.3 kilometers.
In the
middle of 2023, the overall work progress has reached 89.54%. Currently the
total land that has been acquired has reached 93.16%, with a total of 229
foundations that have been completed from the target of 235 tower foundations
(94.01%). While the total towers that have been successfully established are
222 towers from the target of 235 towers (76.35%).
Rekadaya
Elektrika continues to strive to achieve progress in the construction of this
transmission line, so that it can immediately meet the electricity needs of the
people in Maluku, especially South Buru Island.
Energized Substation 150 kV PENDO
The PT
Rekadaya Elektrika (RE) Project Team again delivered encouraging news while
showing an attitude of trust through the implementation of energized one of the
substation projects, namely the Construction of Extension 2 Transformer Bay GI
150 kV PENDO on Saturday, May 27, 2023.
The work,
which was led by Pongging as Project Manager, successfully carried out the
provision of voltage after obtaining a Letter of Recommendation on May 26,
2023. Representing the Project team, he expressed his gratitude for all the
support provided by the head office management team so that the 150kV PENDO GI
project could be energized.
PT PLN
(Persero) UIP JBB as the owner also expressed his appreciation and gratitude to
RE for successfully completing the construction of the 2 transformer bay
extension of GI 150 kV Pendo, although it is still not 100% perfect.
WORK PROGRESS RELOCATION PLTG EAST HALMAHERA 111 MW
After at
the end of 2022, the PT Rekadaya Elektrika project team successfully completed
the construction of 2 units of the East Halmahera Gas Power Plant (PLTG), now 3
other generating units are also being accelerated so that they can operate
immediately.
The PLTG
owned by PT PLN (Persero), which was relocated from the Sumatra region
(Jakabaring and Batanghari), will aim to supply electrical energy for PT Aneka
Tambang’s ferronickel smelter activities in East Halmahera. With a total
capacity of 111 MW consisting of 5 generating units.
As of the
end of April the work progress has reached 89%, with the scope of work
currently being completed is civil construction work, electrical work
(including installation of Transformers, MV Panels, LV Panels and Batteries)
and mechanical work (including Water Treatment Plant, Waste Water Treatment
Plant, and Fire Fighting).
Construction Progress of TL and GI 150 kV Cirata, to Support the Cirata 145 MV Floating Solar Power Plant Project
In this edition, REINSITE will highlight the progress of 2 works being completed by PT Rekadaya Elektrika (RE), located in the Cirata area, Purwakarta – West Java. These are the 150 kV Transmission Line (TL) project and the 150 kV Substation (GI) built to support the operation of the Cirata 145 MV Floating Solar Power Plant.
· Cirata 150 kV Transmission Line Project
Rekadaya Elektrika was trusted to work on 9 towers (T.01 -T.09) with a total length of 3.11 KMR.
Scope of work: civil work (foundation services), electrical and mechanical work (erection services, stringing and commissioning services).
Progress as of Week 2 April 2023: civil works in the form of foundation construction for 8 points and erection and stringing works for 9 towers have reached 100%.
Target energized: May 2023
· Cirata 150 kV Substation Project
Scope of work: civil work in the form of MTU foundation construction services, electrical & mechanical work in the form of MTU erection services and test & commissioning (RLB).
Progress as of Week 2 April 2023: some civil works such as construction of Gantry foundation, High Voltage (HV) equipment foundation, cable trench, and Gantry erection have been completed with a progress of 49.16%. While some of the electrical and mechanical works that have been completed include Grounding Grid, Busbar Conductor, installation of insulators and installation of HV Apparatus.
Target energized: June 2023
ENERGIZED SUTT 150 KV TAMBAK LOROK III
Good news again came from PT Rekadaya Elektrika (RE) project site team colleagues, precisely for the 150 kV Tambak Lorok III High Voltage Cable Line (SKTT) project in the city of Semarang, Central Java. Of the 10 line bays that are the scope of work, the RE site team has successfully energized 1 line bay, namely the Pandean Lamper 1 compartment line bay on Monday, April 17, 2023. What is special is that the RE team managed to energize earlier than the planned schedule.
The withdrawal / installation of the underground cable (UGC), which connects the 150 kV Tambak Lorok III Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) with the existing 150 kV Tambak Lorok GIS aims to evacuate the power generated by the Tambak Lorok 3 PLTGU, so that it is expected to further strengthen the reliability of the electricity system in the Central Java area, especially the city of Semarang and its surroundings.
The scope of
work that is the responsibility of RE includes, among others, pulling cables
for 10 line bays, installing distributed thermal sensing, engineering work to
commissioning to achieve UGC operations. The implementation of this work is
projected to be completed in the third quarter of 2023.
Strengthen Lampung Province’s Electricity, Rekadaya Elektrika Builds 150 kV Substation Teluk Ratai and Pagelaran
In this edition we will discuss the Progress of the 150 kV Teluk Ratai Substation Development Project located in Pesawaran city and Ext 2 LB 150 kV Pagelaran Substation (GI) located in Pringsewu city, Bandar Lampung Province.
The project entrusted by PT PLN (Persero) Southern Sumatra Development Unit (UIP SBS) to PT Rekadaya Elektrika (RE) includes Procurement, Mechanical Electrical Installation and Civil Works. Until the first quarter of 2023, the overall work progress for the construction of GI Teluk Ratai and GI Pagelaran has reached 83.74%.
The work that is being completed by the team in the field for GI Teluk Ratai is in the form of switchyard fence work, drainage and control basin work, construction of control buildings and substation area complex road work.
As for GI Pagelaran itself, construction work has been completed 98.5% and is completing electromechanical work, which is carried out in parallel with the preparation of individual tests towards commissioning. Furthermore, waiting for the readiness of the Gedong Tataan Transmission and GI (not carried out by RE), then the plan is to conduct an individual test and be ready to be energized in June.
