The project, which is located in West Halmahera, North Maluku Islands, was entrusted to RE by PT PLN (Persero) Maluku &amp; Papua Main Development Unit, to support the reliability of the Maluku Island electricity system.<\/p>\n<p>As of week 1 of August 2023, the progress of work in the field that has been achieved is 91.01%. Currently the project team is carrying out testing of Electrical-Mechanical (EM) equipment, and several civil works that are being completed include spreading gravel in the switchyard area, working on access roads and concrete panel fences, as a requirement to obtain a Recommendation Letter for Tensibility (RLB).<\/p>\n<p>Various obstacles, both from a technical and non-technical perspective, are often faced by project teams in the field.
